Common questions

Does the voice keep guiding with the screen locked? Yes, with Voice or Tones. Silent mode pauses when you lock your phone, except on Android with haptics on.

Why did my practice pause? Calls, other apps that take over audio, and disconnected headphones pause a practice. Return to Viram and tap Resume.

How do I move to a new phone? Restore from your phone’s backup, or use Settings › Your data › Export my data and import the file on the new phone.
